Mission
The chair promotes healthy aging through adapted exercises, supporting research and development in kinesiology. She trains experts to apply science-based interventions and aims to share her findings with healthcare professionals and the public.
Our research team sheds light on the adaptations that occur in the human body according to different types of physical activity to provide concrete solutions linked to one of the greatest current challenges: healthy aging.
